Notion Construction Project Managers are the backbone to the company, they are the ones who run the day to day requirements of every project. They are the ones who measure every unit, every wall, etc.. Notion Project Managers work with our office staff to create the budget and schedule for each project. Our Project Managers have extensive renovation knowledge, and they are there are on each job from start to finish.

The Notion Construction Project Manager will visit each site to check for quality issues, scheduling issues or any other site condition that may arise while the work is being completed.  It is their job to keep in constant communication with our offices and the clients, making sure all parties are on the same page and working towards finishing on time and on budget.

Notion Construction Schedulers coordinate all work, trade  and materials to be prepared and delivered to site on time so each trade can work efficiently to ensure the original Job schedule is on track.

Each day our schedulers complete call outs at specific times to ensure trades are on sites and completing the work they were given on that day. The scheduler will then communicate to the office and project managers the details of each call out.
